If you’re currently covered by a Bumper to Bumper warranty through your car dealership, extended warranty, or through a repair warranty from a certified repair shop, you are eligible for service assistance from nearby Bumper to Bumper repair facilities, including Larsen’s Auto Repair.

  • If you’re within 25 miles of your certified mechanic, contact them to discuss your warranty and to schedule repairs.

  • If you’re outside of the 25-mile radius and need repair services, contact the nearest auto repair facility that is a member of the Bumper to Bumper service network for assistance.

What Repairs Are Not Covered by Bumper to Bumper?

As with every claim, there are some repairs or services that are not covered by Bumper to Bumper warranties. These include:

Parts that were damaged in an accident or by the owner

These parts are not covered by the warranty, and will instead need to be brought through in an insurance claim.

Parts that wear or deteriorate with constant use

Parts such as tires, brake pads, light bulbs, windshield wipers and the like are not covered by the warranty, and will need to be replaced in a timely manner by the owner.

Repairs with used parts or full engine replacements
